First Business Ecosystem Training
AkzoNobel is the first recipient of the Business Ecosystem Training of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) in the Netherlands. The first module of the training was delivered by IUCN NL to a company team of AkzoNobel on 13 April 2012. Read more
Launch Leaders for Nature Academy
The first 2012 Leaders for Nature Master Class ‘Ecology and Strategy: tipping points in building sustainable business’ was also the start of the Leaders for Nature Academy. IUCN NL and Rotterdam School of Management teamed-up to provide expert knowledge and science to the Leaders for Nature network. Read more
Leaders for Nature now also in India
A MoU between IUCN, Hivos, WTI and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) was signed in Delhi on 4 April. Parties have agreed to work together in establishing Leaders for Nature in India. This is the first step in the international expansion of the network.
